Teasing Me
Goes the tale of the boy and the cyclone
Nothing’s ever saved when one moves too slow
I’m so scared for you, I’m so scared of you
When you sit and smile, flashing your gold
Leave food in the heat, it will soon rot in the blazing sun
Let love be a game, it will soon spoil and leave you none
Come and take a look at the life in the coral
Such a host of wonders ever unfold
Any life that does not keep a changing
Will soon lose its spirit and be no more
I’m so in love with this life, every little soul is a precious tie
I watch the changing skies and let mother nature be my guide
To a body feeling there is nothing left too secret
That the seeking eyes don’t peel from the rind
Pushing back the leaves we do find the tropic pleasure
Squirting out its honeyed juices to our probing hand
Oh, stop teasing me
No one could be that lazy
No one could be that crazy
No go to tell me that you seek no adventure
That you are tied to the spirit in the bush
Look at the silly man who spends his days walking backwards
Being so afraid he casts shadows on his father’s grave
Tease me with your dreams and your lurid little fantasies
Make me thirsty girl
You play with fire I did the earth
You can’t burn me but you make me thirst
Stop, stop teasing me
